Aimee Grace supports clients at Hills and Ranges Private on a clinical basis in the role of Head Nurse.
Aimee is the first person our clients meet on the day of admission to HARP, and with more than 15 years of primary healthcare nursing experience, she has a comprehensive understanding of the complex needs of those in recovery from addiction. In her role as Head Nurse, Aimee will complete a thorough Alcohol & Other Drugs Assessment for a client beginning their residential rehab experience, and thereafter, will coordinate with Allied Health Professionals for the duration of a client’s stay to ensure a seamless delivery of high-quality clinical care.
A genuine and empathetic person, Aimee has lived experience with mental health issues and alcohol abuse and is passionate about beating the stigma that surrounds mental health and substance abuse. She is a powerful advocate for people striving to break out of patterns of generational trauma and is a force for affecting positive change.
Aimee is a loving mum to two boys, who she says are her motivation for creating continued positive change. When she isn’t providing care for clients at Hills and Ranges Private, Aimee will most likely be somewhere outside with her family and friends, fulfilling her love for adventure, music, and the great outdoors.
“Become the change you want to see.” – Aimee Grace
