FAQs

Yes. We have a dedicated team for superannuation release that will handle the whole process from start to finish including the ATO and your superannuation company with a 100% approval rate.

Yes. We offer both private and twin shared rooms at our Olinda & Mount Dandenong facilities. At our Sassafras Manor, each guest will have their own private suite with options for a private balcony and ensuite.

Yes. You may continue attending emails and communication with your work outside of mandatory curriculum and therapies. We have an office space available in each room to allow you to work in privacy.

We offer 28, 60 and 90-day residential programmes.

Yes. HARP+ was designed to create ultimate responsibility for us as a facility to monitor your progress from the day you leave. Access counsellors to check-in and offer guidance every step of the way, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

With our commercial kitchen and fine dining chefs, our dietary therapists work closely with our private chefs to create a wholesome menu with the ability to cater for all dietary needs.

Yes. We have a full concierge service no matter how far or close you are we will organise flights, transfers and vehicles to bring you safely into our facility.

Wonderful. In recent times we have seen an even amount of interstate and local guests choose HARP for treatment and we still organise the door-to-door service.

Appropriate clothing reflecting the season for day & night. Medication – any prescribed and safely handed to our nurse. We also send you a welcome pack to help you prepare.

Unfortunately no. As we offer more than what private clinical hospitals do with our full suite of therapeutic elements, such as personal training, massages and myotherapy; specialist outings and activities, holistic recovery and more, private health does not cover our services. We have payment options available to you, so please contact us for a quote and to discuss your individual needs.

A comprehensive suite of further therapies delivered during HARP’s residential rehabilitation program include; Personal Training, Dietary Therapy, Day Spa & Massage Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness & Meditation, and Equine Therapy.
